Order Processing

We aim to process all orders within 1–5 days. During peak periods, promotional events, or seasons of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Standard Shipping & Delivery

To provide competitive prices, Mavyn works with reliable international shipping carriers and logistics partners.

Standard Shipping (Free): Estimated delivery time is 7–20 days after the order has been processed.

All orders include a tracking number, which will be sent to the customer by email once it becomes available.

Please note that tracking information may take some time to update and may not immediately reflect the package’s real-time movement.

Depending on product availability and the destination, orders may be shipped from different warehouses or fulfillment locations. Therefore, items purchased within the same order may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including customs clearance procedures, carrier delays, or other transportation-related issues.

Express Shipping & Delivery

Express orders are prioritized once payment has been successfully confirmed.

Estimated delivery time: 7–15 days after processing, depending on the destination and the time of year.

Unlike large retailers that operate centralized warehouse networks, Mavyn works with a logistics network that sources and fulfills products from multiple locations in order to offer competitive pricing.

For this reason, delivery times may occasionally be longer than those offered by major e-commerce platforms.

Although we make every effort to process and deliver orders as quickly as possible, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including customs procedures, courier delays, transportation issues, or other logistical factors.

If your shipment is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team. We will work with the relevant carrier to investigate the issue and seek an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
